My name is Ashley Pahl, a watercolor painter, stationery designer, and craft book contributor. I am a work-at-home mother of two, based in the beautiful state of Michigan. I attended Michigan State University to study physical geography and natural history. This influences my work today, as I am greatly inspired by nature. I love hiking the woods, climbing sand dunes, and spending time on the beaches of the Great Lakes.
Over the years I have had my work featured at Terrain, an Urban Outfitters company; The Lansing Art Gallery; and numerous other independent stores and galleries around the world. I have been featured in design books such as I Heart Stationery by Charlotte Rivers and The Sweet Spot Style Guide by Desha Peacock; Simply Handmade Magazine; and websites such as Buzzfeed, The Huffington Post, Decor8, Babble.com, and more.
